SantaCon rules goes into effect this weekend

You must be a good Santa, says the Mayor.

SantaCon returns to Manhattan this weekend and an alcohol ban is in effect starting at 4am on Saturday on all LIRR and Metro North. The ban will remain in effect until 12pm Sunday with more police to enforce the rule. The event will start at 10am tomorrow at the Christmas Spectacular on 40th Street and Broadway.

More than 50 bars and clubs will be hosting the Santas to mingle in the crowd.
