SWAT activity in Jackson Heights

Police are at Elmhurst Hotel reporting armed suspects are holed inside a room after chase in Jackson Heights. The incident happened on Queens Blvd and Broadway when out of state licence plate vehicle was approached by police for passing a red light. When all ran out, police placed one in custody after the vehicle was stopped. They were wearing all black covered with black masks with crowbars. The other suspects ran out and another was taken into custody at 84th Street after search with one firearm recovered. From there, multiple suspects escaped into Elmhurst Hotel on 81st Street and Roosevelt Avenue. Two were arrested after gunpoint in second floor. More are holed inside a room on the third floor.
SWAT, ESU, TARU are at the scene. Ongoing investigation.
Update - All are in custody.
