Rosedale man arrested for weapons and police gears

Kevin Nugent, 40 of Rosedale was arrested and taken into custody after police reported of weapons, ammo and uniforms of FBI, SWAT and NYPD in his possession at his home. Police received a tip and a warrant was issued when the raid happened on Thursday, May 31 in the afternoon. The home located on 254 Street near 142 Avenue was sealed after items were taken by police. He was charged with possessions of weapons, forged instrument and controlled substances. He has been arrested before for weapon possession.
