Richer s Bakery Cafe shut down by the city

Richer's Bakery & Cafe located on Horace Harding Expressway and 249 Street in Douglaston has been closed by the NYC Dept of Health since September 25, 2019. There were violation points of 74. One of the main violation is Food Protection Certificate not held by supervisor of food operations. The eatery has grace period to clear violations before inspection approval for re-opening.
