Rental market dried out so a new four story building coming in Queens Village

The owner of location, 222-25 Jamaica Avenue near Springfield Blvd has filed with NYC Dept of Building for a commercial building with four stories. The 33,216 square feet land was brought by Singh in December 2015 and used as rentals for construction supplies. It was sold for around $4 million dollars after being on the market for more than 3 years. The developer listed is Paramjit Kaur. In the application, first floor is for retail and the rest three floors are office spaces mainly for medical with underground parking for almost 80 vehicles. Date to start the construction has not been announced.
