Removed wallet and cell phone forcibly

On Friday, 5/16/25, at approx. 1:00 AM, in the vicinity of Roosevelt Ave & Flushing Creek, the individual  while riding a small bicycle, did display a kitchen knife & did forcibly remove the victim's wallet & cell phone.
