Real estate industry is now essential market in NY

Real estate agents, brokers, appraisers and home inspectors now fall in the essential market and they can go back to work in NY. The only rule is social distancing like a super market. Masks and other protective gears are up to the individual. Both agents and brokers can show residential homes, commercial buildings and lands. However, open houses are not allowed. NY is the third state after California and Washington for the real estate market to be essential.
