RONA press brief diluting diluting diluting in NY

The NYC mayor had a press brief today and was focusing on two subjects, illegal fireworks and free healthcare for all in NYC with an investment of $1 billion from taxpayers fund. A new task force is announced to combat illegal fireworks in NYC after 2,500 complaints to 311 since May 1, 2021. However there won't be any enforcement in the city itself but fireworks coming into the city from out of state. As for the governor, 69.1% eligible NY adults have received at least one dose BUT BUT BUT not so fast with the restrictions. Once the number hit 70%, the governor's office confirmed the lifting of nearly all restrictions but some rules apply which won't be disclosed until further notice. The good news is alcohol to go at bars and restaurants extended to July 5.
