Queens woman heading home slashed

It happened around 7:30 at the Lexington Avenue and 59th Street station when a woman heading home while waiting for R train. Police described the suspect as male, black wearing a blue do-rag slashed the victim and took off. The victim walked out of the station to Bloomingdale where EMS arrived shortly and transported to a local hospital. Ongoing investigation. Update - The slashing victim is a 16 year old male, police reported unclear reason for slashing and no arrests.
