Queens roads to repave after milling

The long damaged Braddock Avenue is undergoing milling and then repaving. The protocol is between Dept of Finance and Dept of Transportation. According to the city's Dept of Finance, the re-paving are done after reimbursements by drivers filed for vehicle damages especially tires. https://comptroller.nyc.gov/?/for-the-?/claims/file-a-claim/
Queens continue to receive milling and paving due to road damages from potholes, road repairs and weather. Again, this is not done by politicians or community activists but the city's Dept of Finance after collecting data of the most payouts for civilians. The schedules are set by DOT after approval from DOF, nothing to do with politicians as claimed.
70% residents of Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Bronx does not own vehicles and parts of Queens where road damages are, civilians does not apply for reimbursements due to prolong legal paper works.
The NYC Dept of Transportation has announced milling and paving in Queens locations.
