Queens man busted for the Manhattan homicide

Police arrested a suspect wanted for the murder of a 19 year old female working in Burger King in East Harlem. According to police, the suspect was a former worker at the same location living in a Jamaica hotel for the homeless on Van Wyck Expressway and Jamaica Avenue. Police were able to identify from the surveillance and other information gathered after investigation.

He extended his visa stay without documents from the country Jamaica. The city was paying for the hotel and food tabs. The female cashier at Burger King was killed for $100 last Sunday night. He was arrested before and released several times. Since NYC is a sanctuary city for all, ICE has not been active for a while. The female cashier victim, 19 was working her way to become a paralegal in college and was living nearby to support her family.

Under the new Manhattan DA, now it's wait and watch.
