Queens criminal court under heavy police presence

The NYPD is at the Queens criminal court reporting a suspicious chemical reaction causing many staff being evaluated and treated by EMS. This is on Queens Blvd near the Van Wyck Expressway and Union Turnpike in Kew Gardens.

Bystanders at the court say a white powdery like substance was found on the scene. The hazmat crew is enroute to the scene.
