Queens Village kidnapping suspects are eligible for mandatory youthful offender status

According to the Queens DA's office, both suspects, Andrew Ghulam, 16, and Joshua Wright, 17 are not eligible to consider their case in family court. Instead their trial will be held at Queens criminal court. \
