Queens DA released the entire report on the fatality of a fallen NYPD officer

This is from the Queens DA's office after press statement announced. Hempstead woman charged with killing NYPD Highway Police Offcer Anastasios Tsakos in fatal hit and run. Officer was assisting with earlier collision when struck. Defendant was allegedly driving drunk, then fled; faces up to 15 years. The fallen officer was transported to the city's medical examiner for autopsy after passed at the Booth Memorial Hospital in Flushing earlier today from the injuries suffered on the LIE. Funeral arrangements are being made in Long Island where he is survived by his wife and two kids.
