Queen s second tallest building coming to Flushing

After acquiring the lot of 71-03 Parsons Blvd in Flushing next to the 107th Precinct years ago, the developers are still in the working stage to make second tallest building after Long Island City. Currently, One Court Square is Queen's tallest building with 50 floors that was completed in 1990 at 673 feet in Long Island City. Soon, that will overtake by Skyline Tower at 778 feet and Queens Plaza Park at 775 feet both with 67 floors. The Flushing building is proposed to over 60 floors but the plan has not been finalized. The lot proposed as residential and commercial establishments. Additional details are not provided.
