Protest update in NYC

NYPD reported protesters have started assembling outside the Barclay Center in Brooklyn. Meanwhile in Queens, protest is taking place on Jamaica Avenue, Parsons Blvd, Archer Avenue, Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica. The protest continues to east 168 Street, Hillside Avenue. Bus service Q30 and Q31 cancelled. From MTA, there is no Q111, Q112, Q113-LTD or Q114-LTD service between Guy R Brewer Blvd/Liberty Av and Parsons Blvd/Hillside Av in either direction because of protests.The last stop on all Jamaica-bound buses will be Guy R Brewer Blvd/Liberty Av.
NYPD is assembling at Flushing Meadow Corona Park for another protest. Drivers are advised to avoid GCP, LIE, Van Wyck and Queens Blvd vicinity.
