Protest between protesters and looters in Manhattan

More than 15 organization who were in the protest in Manhattan confirmed they were protesters and had no intention of riot, violence or looting. Police reported downtown Manhattan was heavily armed by groups damaging stores, windows and looting by causing riots. The protesters tried to stop them from acts. According to NYPD spokesperson stated it was very difficult to distinguish between protesters and rioters, thus unable to enforce police activity. During the riot, protesters were injured and cooperated with the police. NYPD has issued a group of out of state calling themselves protesters are growing by the numbers and blending in to cause reckless acts. The mayor of NYC want curfew and is in the process of speaking to the governor to impose it. Police also reported of out of state vehicles with group being dropped off at locations for looting. Protesters have called on mayor and governor to act against rioters.
As per NYPD, 250 people were arrested overnight, dozen police vehicles were damaged and 5 police officers were injured. More than 20 stores were damaged worth millions and millions.
