Protest advisement in NYC

The US Attorney's Office reported that they will not charge the NYPD officer with federal crime in the death of Eric Garner. US Dept of Justice confirmed also. This is the last case except they can pursue in the US Supreme Court which is unlikely. From multiple sources, the case is over but the supporters of the Garner family is getting ready to protest in NYC and possible disruption of traffic and other interruption. NYPD is mounting to stand by.
