Power outage at North Shore Towers

Heavy police personnel responding both buildings at North Shore Towers lost power inside elevators. Several residents inside the elevators are affected. More than ten ambulances are on the scene. Grand Central Parkway service road between Little Neck Parkway and Lakeville Road is partially closed.
