Pop pop pop incident at CitiField Carnival last night

Here is what's gathered so far.

The Carnival was going full swing at 8pm with people having fun.

By 8:15, people heard what sounded like pop, pop, pop while most believed it was gunshots but not confirmed by police.

At that time, police arrived in full force and people were moving to one side.

According to an eyewitness account, people didn’t immediately start to panic when the noises were fired, but it created a chaotic aftermath as people tried to find safety. The authorities on the scene quickly acted and were able to secure the area effectively. The attendees were evacuated from the carnival, and the police informed the public to avoid the area during the investigation.
