Police from 105th Precinct arrested a hit and run suspect

Cosmin Florea, 34 of Baldwin was arrested by police on the intersection of Braddock Avenue and Winchester Blvd around 12:45am on Friday night after noticing the vehicle driven by Florea had windshield and front end damaged.\
