Pointers for NYS on coronavirus

Governor Cuomo will be doing the press briefing at 1pm in Westchester County.
Phase 2 was supposed to open today. Republicans voted in favor and Democrats voted against it.
The Emergency Rent Relief Act is passed in both Senate and Assembly. It's up to Cuomo to sign.
