NYC subways are flooded today making commuters very difficult to travel despite the mayor saying to all to use mass transit while vehicles are jammed in the city roads. More than 100 subway stations are flooded in NYC while subways continue to run on normal schedule. If you are a vendor selling sweets consider switching to boats for quick cash for monsoon season in NYC. Another option is black garbage bag replacing umbrellas.
