Pedestrian 72 struck by driver near Queens supermarket NYPD

A driver backed up into a 72-year-old woman near a Queens supermarket Sunday afternoon, according to the NYPD.

The crash happened around 12:40 p.m. on 73rd Avenue near 215 Street, FDNY officials said. A 78-year-old driver backed up into the 72-year-old, police said.
