Partial skeletal remains including human skull found near NYC strip mall cops

A skull, hip bone and leg bone were found at 134-01 20th Ave. in College Point, according to a preliminary NYPD investigation.

The site, just behind a chain link fence, is across from a sprawling parking lot lined with popular stores like ShopRite, Target, HomeGoods and TJ Maxx.
