Panhandling result on Union Turnpike

For the last few days, a male in his 20's was panhandling on Union Turnpike from Commonwealth Blvd to Lakeville Road. When approached of total gross collection, the man replied the corner of Langdale Street and Union Turnpike had the highest result in the sum of around $50 on April 25 possibly due to pity on a rainy day. The lowest was on Commonwealth Blvd stating students from nearby school was harassing and throwing coins which he gladly picked up without bothered of being made fun of. The man didn't disclose his story and didn't want to show his pic on camera. Panhandling in NYC is legal as long as there is no harassment or assault occurs. Even better is not reporting to Uncle Sam.
