POTUS alert at 2 18pm

President Trump will send out an alert scheduled for 2:18pm EST today to all phones in the USA. It will start as a test and then with message from the government. Despite lawsuits to block it, the alert will be live. Its similar to Amber Alert on the phone and cannot be blocked by users.

Update - now reporting it will not be from Trump himself but calling it the first ever test of the national Presidential Alert system.
