PAUSE in NY extended

Governor Cuomo extended PAUSE, the stay in to June 7 from the original plan of May 15.
The plan to open some parts of the state on May 15 to meet the benchmark criteria for re-opening is under review but not canceled. Each territory should have less cases of tested positive and maintain for re-opening.
Cuomo's office confirmed all aspects of emergency suspensions and rules will be carried over to June 7 outlined after PAUSE.
NYC will not open until then or longer.
The mayor's office has not replied on this but there are sources reported NYC will not open until September.
Update - Here is an example of re-opening phases
If upstate NY starts Phase I on June 1 as the re-opening, then Phase 4 including restaurants and bar will be open in July.
Update NOTE - Cuomo would not comment on the date extension after press briefing on June 7 pending more due diligence. An announcement will be made at a later date so until then Cuomo remains with May 15. For the record, the order was extended to June 6 also posted on the website but the state took it down. One of the staff stated the date will be extended slowly.
