One suspect died in custody while two arrested after a chase outside Applebee in Elmont

Kristofer Pettway, 20, Marquis Bernard, 21 and Marlon S. Paton, 20, were arrested, for leaving the Applebee?s Restaurant, located at 1710 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, without paying their bill.
