One person in custody after threaten to jump from Williamburgh Bridge

One suspect in custody after threaten to jump from Williamsburgh Bridge. The male climbed to the tower and traffic to both directions were closed for a while. EMS transported the male to hospital for observation and then placed in cuffs.
