One part of Jackson Heights becoming dangerous zone

The NYPD reported just now a dispute turned into stabbing in Jackson Heights. This is at the intersection of 82nd Street and 37th Avenue. Police are working on crowd control.

EMS is working to transport the stabbed male to a local hospital.

The suspect, male, Hispanic took off on foot.

Last night around midnight, a dispute broke out on Roosevelt Avenue and 75th Street where a male was stabbed. Commuters went for cover for safety.

The last stabbing was reported on September 29 on Roosevelt Avenue where 2 people were stabbed by 75th Street.

All incidents reported no arrests.

Ongoing investigation.

Meanwhile, this afternoon, the Democratic candidate for Mayor Zohran Mamdani was in Jackson Heights for a press meet on affordability calculator with the local council, senate and assembly members on how people can save on rent and transportation which is much more important than crime in the area.
