One in custody for homicide and another on the hunt in Queens

Police arrested Jermaine Orr after investigation in Jamaica earlier today for murder and criminal posession of a weapon. 18 year old Angel Nixon was killed on Tuesday at a house party. The incident reported on August 20 after 12:30am near the corner of 176 Street and 145 Avenue in Springfield Gardens. The same evening, Gregory Haskins, 25 was found dead of gunshot wound to the chest on Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica. His murder is still under investigation with no arrests. Police reported both homicides are separate incidents and not related.
