One crazy dude in a lone fight for Americans

Meet Cory Mills, he is a Republican Congressman from Florida and he is an army combat veteran. He didn't attend the voting for the next Speaker of the House today. Instead, last night he took a flight to Israel to help evacuate American citizens from the area.

22 American citizens died in the Israel war.

As of today, Mills helped 32 Americans evacuate.

Meanwhile, reservists from the Israel Defense Force from all over the world including those living with their families in Long Island and NYC are heading to their country.

As for the Democratic side, no members of the Congress or Senate went for evacuation of American citizens stranded there.
