Oh the mayor changed another tune

After pressure from NYC Council including speaker Corey Johnson who stated he will go the governor for street opening, Mayor de Blasio is starting to give in on opening streets to pedestrians and bikers as the weather is getting warmer. The list of streets will be announced. This is his quote,

"We will be working particularly as the weather gets warmer to look at new options but with enforcement attached,"
