Oh the jab

The NYC Mayor will announce tomorrow that a jab card is required to attend New Year's Eve at Times Square. Alternatively, a negative test within 72 hours required. This means there will be no limit to attendance. The good part is jab booths will be all over the area for those wanting a dose with a card. The Mayor made the decision after Governor says statewide is increasing primarily in the north due to the cold and people are inside.
