Off duty cop robbed in South Richmond Hill

Police report an off duty cop was robbed in South Richmond Hill. This is on Liberty Avenue by 131st Street occurred around 2:45pm. The suspect, male, Hispanic took off in a white BMW with PA temp tags toward west Liberty Avenue. Police says the suspect was wearing black puffy coat and pony tail. Ongoing investigation.
