Nurse carjacked in East Meadow

Police reported a nurse leaving NUMC was carjacked. The suspect, female, black took off with the vehicle toward Hempstead Turnpike eastbound. The victim suffered minor injuries. Police are searching for the suspect. Ongoing investigation.
