New legislature to make law in NYC

The Mayor of NYC stated people can still go out but don't make a day of it. People can drive around. Playgrounds, parks and roads are open for the public. The NYPD will monitor people outside where they will enforce social distancing. The mayor is working on the legislation on how to handle the law of social distancing including fining people but City Council will not be drafting the bill anytime since all council members are sitting inside home, still earning over $150,000 salary while many are struggling with everyday needs. A staff at the mayor's office reported floor marking is one of the step under consideration. More details are being worked out.
Also, this is from the mayor, "Playgrounds are not being cleaned and sanitized. It is a parent's responsibility to make sure your family can maintain social distancing and if you can't, don't go. Same guidance with being in parks."
And, NYC hospitals have suspended visitations over concerns of exposing people to the coronavirus. Some hospitals are even banning the partners of women in labor.
