New eatery coming to Bellerose

The former location of Trattoria Lucia on Jamaica Avenue near Commonwealth Blvd in Bellerose will open a new eatery called Casa Margaritas. The building lot is still with the same owner as before. The new tenant started the renovations in April. A timeline of opening has not been announced.
