New Hyde Park woman busted at an illegal massage parlor

Police arrested Sandra Arbalez, 43 of Rego Park, Hilda Concepcion, 50 of New Hyde Park and Grace Zeolla, 60 of Stamford after raiding a location on Summer Street in Stamford, Connecticut. Undercover sting was setup resulting the arrest. Both Arbalez and Zeolla were charged with illegal massage and prostitution. Concepcion was charged with illegal massage service.
