Nassau County ok for no to NYC

Nassau County released a statement of ATV, dirt bikes and off highway vehicle allowed but with helmet, license, registration and inspection stickers. This is prohibited in NYC. If the rules are not followed then fines will be issued and then taken away if not paid.
