NYS struck down NYC s voting by all

The NYS court overseeing the right for all to vote in the NYC election has struck down applying to only citizens.

The NYC Council members who were in favor of it are not happy.

A new appeal will not be in place since it's control belongs to Albany. The Governor will not be supporting the NYC Council if another continued similar proposal is in the work down the line which may go to the federal court and lose again.
