NYS Attorney General is in Fresh Meadows

The newly elected NYS Attorney General Letitia James is on Parsons Blvd near Union Turnpike in Fresh Meadows announcing to the media of a lawsuit against a real estate company, Zara.

James stated the company has been evading rent regulation laws and increase of tenant harassment.
