NYPD wants all to ride bikes in the summer

NYC reported there are more than 1,000 miles of bike routes and its the largest network in North America. Now NYPD is stating safety is very critical and be aware of your surrounding at all times. However, bicyclists wants more cops on bikes to pedal in the bike lanes to ticket reckless drivers and those blocking lanes, minimize bicyclists with tickets as many have stopped used bikes, train cops for bike safety and stop harassing e-bikers.
