NYPD cop busted for scamming renters in Ozone Park

The NYPD Internal Affairs reported the arrest of a cop, Burban Pierre, living in Ozone Park for scamming multiple victims by collecting payment for a rental apartment but there wasn’t one. Pierre allegedly placed ads on Craigslist for a basement apartment for rent and collected rent and deposit from eight victims. Then disappeared without notice. The cop has been on modified duty pending investigation.
