NYC middle school teacher arrested for raping teen girl

A New York City public school teacher was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly raping a teen girl, according to police and a report.

David Ospino, 36, was arrested around 11 a.m. in the confines of 112th Precinct, police said.

He has been charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
