NYC met 4 of 7 metrics for reopening

Governor Cuomo announced Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, and Mohawk Valley in upstate NY have met the 7 metrics required to begin Phase 1 of the reopening plan on May 15, So far NYC met only 4 of 7 required metrics for re-opening. They are 14 days decline of deaths, hospitalization, 20 per 1,000 tests and 30 per 100,000 contact tracers expected. Share of beds, ICUs and hospitalizations remains high.
