NYC mayor said no curfew

There is no plan for curfew since its not effective in NYC. The mayor came out late night and stated the protesters are out of state instigating violence. 8 million New Yorkers are staying home. The mayor also stated no looting happened in NYC except some broken windows. The mayor gave a press statement today at 11:30pm in Brooklyn. Governor Cuomo has not responded as of yet. The mayor is also in communication with other mayors for updates.
The mayor told all peaceful protesters to go home and warning of arrests if violence occurs. He met with all elected officials and civic leaders discussing the protest all day in Brooklyn.
de Blasio still blames Trump for creating the atmosphere.
