NYC mayor s love is deep and deeper for all

The NYC mayor during today's press brief stated that when the vaxx enforcement goes into effect on September 13 fully, there won't be any fines for civilians. His quote, "We don't want to fine, instead they'll have civilian inspectors from 13 agencies making sure it's working."

What this means, inspectors will be going random to random to enforce the vaccine mandate for indoor dining/entertainment/fitness without causing scenes or saying the word, "penalty". Businesses will not be fined but all observations will be reported back to the mayor for a review for the next step.

The mayor doesn't like sad or angry people and wants them all with love.

Also, the mayor announced, "Physician Referral Bonus Incentive" with a $35 million dollar budget to allow doctors to get more people to vaxx. The money will pay doctors bonus for more vaxxies on people especially on Medicaid or Medicare.

Some of the doctors need that Ferraris.
