NYC mayor loves you all except dead victims from the flood

The NYC mayor signed an executive order that no building owners from the flood will have to pay for any fees for repairs and there will be no fines for the illegal dwellings. There will be no inspections from the building department for now. This is due to the city doesn’t having a plan in place for illegal basements which are now called low level apartments. There will be no investigations to the dead victims from the flood since this is a first to chalk a blueprint of what needs to be done in the next event until an agreement is in place which requires years and years with billions and billions in dollars. This is his love awareness quote, "Just punishing, punishing, punishing is not the way to solve this problem."

This is same for crime.

So far, 3,109 have filed reports with 311 of damages from the flood.
